Well hello everyone! how are you all doing?
Things are going pretty well here in solo! Still raining, still delisious food, still lots of work to be done!
This week we finally met with some inactive members that weve been trying to get a ahold of for a while, and fingured out a long term day to visist them and reactivate and help em, as wella s a service prject for one of em, cutting some trees down! He was pretty grateful we made that plan for next week, and he came to chruch sunday, wearing like a nice tan suit, tons of rings, watches, and wore his big aviators the whole time (basially you could say he was the bling king), but he came! This other family is a young coulple, with two lil tots. They are way awesome with testimonies that were very strong. Im really hopeful for them, It would be awesome to help them set their sight on the temple in the phillipines in the future!
Besides that, Pak Daniel got really upset with us for like 2 hours because of polygamy, so really we are just trying to get to the basics with him.
Pak saputra is doing well, he reads and prays everyday. He is always out of the city teaching semnars to preachers of other religions, but he said that he wants to build a family like the one out of the Book of Mormon, and understands that if this is true, he will join with this chruch!
This week we also did a service project for a guy in our ward, building up the embankment behind his house! Tons of ward members came and it was awesome to see everyone helping out! But. They all spoke javanese the whole time, so me and green and sinaga and pribawa all dont speak javanese and none of us understood em for 2 hours of work.
Next monday i wont be emialing cuz my pday is switched to christmas! I hope you all have a fantastic holiday! Merry Christmas!
