Well Ive got some good news. Thanksgiving dinner last pday was so delicious! all the normal american foods (except jello.) it was pretty well amazing. my companion got rice and chicken and ate with his hands cuz he didnt like any of the american foods, haha he wasnt too impressed. Then thursday for the real thanksgiving i ordered mcdonalds, which was delivered to the house, one of the greatest things this country has ever done.
This week was pretty cool. The sister missionaries in the district got a baptism, so i got to go see my baptism is this country! made me pretty excited to go work even harder.
This week we ran into an old member that got offended so he never came back to chruch, and now hes offereing us cigarrets and tea and such. I really had to struggle not to get angry with him because he basiclly threw away everything because a member said some careless words. we are going to return and teach him all from the beginning and hopefully ermind him that this gospel is bigger than just one persons words, its about eternal truth and the words of God and Jesus Christ.
This week we also felt like we tried harder than ever before the explain and give the basic truths to answer all questions. One man has really struggled cuz he is afraid the Bom replaces the bible. so weve had to work on his faith, and testimony of the restoration and helping him realise we declare that the bible is the word of god also. He's a really good guy, and i see lots of potential in him!
I also got to play piano in church! I walked in, they told me i was playing, and i was like. alrighty then. and then for the baptism too, so ive definietly been blessed cuz i learned those things through my life!
